Jordana Marie

Founder & Event Director

I’m Jordana—founder and creative force behind Jordana Marie Events. With more than a decade of experience producing high-level corporate and public relations events across New York and Connecticut, I bring a deeply refined understanding of what it takes to execute at the highest level. From large-scale symposiums and black-tie galas to sophisticated product launches and executive experiences, my work is grounded in precision, discretion, and an uncompromising standard of excellence.

In 2014, while planning my own wedding in Manhattan, I discovered where my true passion resides—at the intersection of elevated production and deeply personal storytelling. It was in that moment I recognized the power of a celebration to not only impress, but to move, to connect, and to endure.

Through JME, I have cultivated a bespoke approach to event design—one that seamlessly blends the structure and sophistication of corporate production with the intimacy and emotion of life’s most meaningful milestones. With extensive experience producing destination celebrations throughout Italy and France, we offer our clients a level of access, insight, and curation that transforms each location into an immersive and unforgettable experience.

At the heart of our work is an exclusive, highly personalized approach—supported by a carefully assembled team of experts across design, production, hospitality, and logistics. As Chief Operating Officer of Jordana Marie Events, Jonathan brings a rare and highly specialized perspective shaped by over a decade in emergency medical services, complemented by extensive experience in corporate safety and risk management. With a deeply strategic mindset, Jonathan approaches each event through the lens of both production and protection, ensuring that every detail is meticulously considered and every contingency thoughtfully planned. On the event day, Jonathan leads production with quiet authority and unwavering composure. Head of Hospitality, Travel & Destination Experiences

Kelly serves as Head of Hospitality, Travel, and Destination Concierge at Jordana Marie Events, bringing a refined blend of project management expertise and event planning experience across corporate, nonprofit, and luxury celebrations.

With a meticulous approach to detail and an intuitive understanding of guest experience, Kelly oversees every touchpoint of hospitality—from curated travel arrangements to personalized concierge services—ensuring each guest journey feels seamless, elevated, and thoughtfully considered.

Throughout the planning process, she serves as a trusted liaison to our clients, guiding logistics with precision and ease while maintaining the highest level of organization and care. On the wedding day, Kelly is a constant and reassuring presence—serving as the dedicated point of contact for all things bridal. From personal details to behind-the-scenes coordination, she ensures the bride feels fully supported, allowing her to be present, at ease, and immersed in every moment.

Juan serves as Bridal Beauty Concierge at Jordana Marie Events, bringing a rare blend of event coordination expertise and seasoned artistry to the JME experience. With a background as a professional makeup artist, he offers a refined, intuitive approach to bridal beauty—ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered and flawlessly executed.

Known for his exceptional eye for design and composition, Juan seamlessly bridges the worlds of beauty and event production. From final touch-ups to behind-the-scenes styling and detail management, his presence ensures the bride—and every visual moment—remains polished, cohesive, and camera-ready throughout the day.

Rocky, our gentle giant, is known for his soulful gaze and quiet charm—equal parts refined and delightfully playful. Kona, a devoted connoisseur of comfort, has a particular fondness for cozy moments… and the occasional sip of his mother’s chai latte. And Chewy—effortlessly charismatic—has mastered the art of winning hearts without even trying.

Together, they bring a touch of warmth, personality, and just the right amount of mischief to the JME experience—most often making their appearances in the most important of settings: a perfectly timed Zoom cameo.
