I’ve managed symposiums, galas, product launches, and much more—but it wasn’t until my own wedding in 2014 that I discovered my passion for wedding planning. With JME, I’ve merged my skills for planning with my love for life, helping families create memories they want to relive over and over again. I couldn’t imagine a greater honor!

With 12 years of experience in emergency medical services, Jon brings a unique asset to JME. On event day, he’s the behind-the-scenes safety and logistics expert who ensures everything runs smoothly, prepping vendors and venues for anything. Additionally, Jon leads production on wedding days to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all. His ability to work under extreme pressure and keep a calm and stress-free environment is a true talent that perfectly complements the JME team.

Susana is a powerhouse producer with years of domestic and international experience in planning, designing, and producing a diverse array of events, including weddings, fashion shows, editorial sets, and social and commercial gatherings. She excels at navigating dynamic and evolving scenarios, with a natural talent for crisis management, ensuring every project is a resounding success. Susana is passionate about strategic planning and, above all, 
delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.

Kelly brings years of project management expertise paired with extensive experience in event planning, from large-scale corporate gatherings to impactful nonprofit events. As office manager, she liaises with clients throughout the planning process, ensuring seamless coordination from inception to completion. Ashley is a passionate educator with 17 years of dedicated service in the field, seamlessly integrating a love for event planning into her career. She brings a unique blend of creativity and exceptional organization to every event, from weddings to social events to school fundraisers.
